Juste une petite minute pour te remercier d’avoir si bien tout organisé pour notre soirée dimanche. Malgré les complications du menu et de la présentation des plats spéciaux, tout a marché comme sur des roulettes. Nos invités se sont régalés et tous étaient ravis—certains paraissaient même surpris!—d’avoir passé un si bon dimanche soir. Marc m’a dit que tout le monde en parlait encore au bureau lundi!!

Café Louise made our event a stunning success! Even in the early planning stages, Louise offered many helpful suggestions to keep our party stylish, tasteful, welcoming—all while staying within our budget (as a nonprofit, this was especially important!). Our guests came from across the country for a special weekend celebrating our organization’s 100th anniversary and the successful conclusion of a national campaign. We have trusted Café Louise with two of the most important occasions of our lives—our commitment ceremony with a reception held at the Connecticut Historical Society and our wedding six years later, an intimate gathering held in our home. It was like having an outstanding dinner out, but at home! My wife and I have been getting Cafe Louise's gourmet dinners and taking them home. Each dinner had a wonderfully prepare main course with nice accompanying dishes.

I just want to thank you for so beautifully catering our reception. You are truly the consummate pro—you pulled that all together with just four days notice, and it was absolutely perfect. The sandwiches and kabobs were absolutely delicious, and the servers set everything up beautifully, kept it all moving along seamlessly, and couldn’t have been more accommodating or pleasant to work with.
