I have always liked creative freedom in my work. I’m a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a B.A. in French Literature and a Connecticut State Teaching Certificate. I was fascinated and attracted to good food, new tastes and artistic presentations, so as a college student in the mid 1970’s, I spent three semesters living in Paris, France where I also attended a French culinary school in the Latin Quarter. When I began catering in Eugene, Oregon in the mid 1980’s, I felt like I had finally figured out my life’s passion. I absolutely love what I do and feel so fortunate that I get to live one of my dreams of running a successful catering business and creating beautiful, delicious food. I have been blessed with a creative and professional staff whose talents abound both in the kitchen and in the dining room.
