For the last 20 years Chef Tolly has been associated with some of the finest dining establishments in Central Connecticut including Pettibone’s Tavern, The Simsbury 1820 House, Hop Brook Tavern and the family owned Avon Old Farms Inn.
David honed his culinary skills by working with many influential leaders of the culinary arts, inspiring him to create his New American Cooking style. He is recognized for his knowledge of diverse cultures and their extraordinary cuisines. He is committed to the fundamentals of his craft; the seasonal, the technical and the whimsical.
